Fanurio helps with the less appealing aspects of freelancing like keeping track of time and invoicing. It’s a useful application, with a user-friendly interface.

Those are definitely the top pure-play accounting apps, but if you wanted to do more than just accounting, you can get a whole sack full of extra business management goodness with someting like Moobiz http://www.moobiz.com for a similar monthly fee.

It depends whether you just want to do your accounting or run a business I suppose…
